The French law against assaults to human dignity should apply to circumcision

The French law against assaults to human dignity (and hazing) should also apply to sexual mutilation

Criminal code, article 225-14: "The subjection of a person whose vulnerability or state of dependence are apparent or known to the author, to working or living conditions incompatible with human dignity is punished by five years imprisonment and a 150 000 Euros fine. "

article 225-15: "Offences defined at... article 225-14..., when committed towards a minor... are punished by seven years imprisonment and a 200 000 Euros fine."
